Help us to reach our goal of purchasing farmland and building true affordable housing.
Just $20 a month from enough of us will make it happen. Then, we will be on our way to rebuilding our communities, creating jobs, providing a future for our children and an economic engine to confront racism from a position of strength.
Redemption 2019 - The Plan for Black America is a major undertaking that is going to require enormous human energy and financial support. A blueprint and road map has been established. Now, we need your support.
During the Covid-19 pandemic and its after-effect on the economy, numerous retail stores and chains throughout the country have closed . There are an abundance of Target, J.C. Penney, Macy's, Kmart and Sears stores that are abandoned throughout the country. These closed stores are for sale and can be purchased at a fraction of their original value. Our real estate specialists are presently and strategically determining ideal locations for Kingdom Marketplaces. The renovation of these locations will create thousands of construction jobs while also positively impacting communities where the Kingdom Marketplaces will be located. We are also in the process of completing an online platform for the Kingdom Marketplace where goods can be purchased online.
One of the biggest and most important issues impacting the Black community in the 21st century is the assault on Black farmers. Today, approximately 1% of farmers in the U.S. are Black compared to 14% 100 years ago. The share of Black farmers has declined significantly over the last century from systematic, strategic and blatant racism. Agriculture plays a key role in the U.S. economy. In addition to the value of farmland, agriculture creates employment opportunities in transportation, maintenance, veterinary services, food processing and the ability to produce quality food for better health. Most importantly and what makes purchasing farmland a major component of Redemption 2019, is the fact that federal programs and policies such as the Homestead Act of 1862 prohibited Blacks from land purchases. In addition, many Black families had farmland in their possession however, that farmland could not be passed from one generation to another due to a lack of legal protection as Wills were considered null and void for Blacks. Some experts believe that lost generational wealth of Black families due to the loss of farmland because of government policies and racism is over one trillion dollars.
The affordable housing programs through the Ministry of Housing will create housing for-sale and rental units that are priced well below market. The average price of a home has skyrocketed over the past few years where "starter" homes in many locations are priced $300,000 and above. Rental units have also skyrocketed where individuals and families desiring a two bedroom apartment in many cities commands a monthly payment of over $2000 per month. Add electric, gas, cable and internet - the total monthly cost is even more. In many instances, folks are paying well over half of their monthly income for housing. The Plan for Black America creates true affordable housing where property owners and renters will pay a much smaller portion of their income for housing allowing them to save money and create wealth.
We also want to take this mission global through the Ministry of Trade & Commerce by creating manufacturing and distribution centers not only in the U.S. but also in Haiti, the Caribbean and on the continent of Africa. Haiti was the first and only country to liberate itself from European colonialism and slavery. Why should Haiti languish in poverty when its citizens are ready and eager to show the entire world that they are some of the most diligent, hard working and productive people on the planet.
Redemption 2019 and the establishment of the Kingdom Marketplace will be perhaps one of the boldest and biggest economic development programs in the history of America. Support the plan by contributing $20 or more per month to help make this vision a reality for our children and unborn generations to come. Let's give them an economic engine to be able to compete and be self sufficient. Let's create a financial base so that future generations of Black Americans will not be fighting the same battles of those in the past and what we are fighting now without economic muscle. Let's do our part in history to help fulfill prophecy.
It is our goal to have individuals/businesses contribute at least $20 per month toward the cause of Redemption 2019 - The Plan for Black America. Farmland & abandoned retail properties can be purchased and an infrastructure developed that will hire large numbers of individuals and generate revenue that will be put back into our communities. Government is not going to create a future for ourselves and our children. In fact, we are moving backwards. We must get ourselves out of this condition and create a future of ourselves.

"From pooling our resources and contributing $20 or more per month, we can capture a portion of the $2 trillion dollars in annual Black spending power that will produce good paying jobs, purchase farmland, build true affordable housing, develop clean/safe communities, instill hope & create an economic engine to give our children the ability to confront racism from a position of strength. Thank you and we welcome your support."
