It is often said that Black America would be one of the wealthiest nations on Earth if an individual country. Black America has a $2 trillion annual spending power in 2025 and projected to be $3 trillion by 2030. However, very little of those dollars stay in Black communities or is spent with black owned businesses. In a capitalistic society where individual worth and community values are dependent on economics, this is catastrophic. Every demographic group in America captures a portion of their dollars spent from money staying within their community for the purchase of goods and services except Black communities. When most Black Americans receive their paycheck, the money earned is immediately spent outside of their community and rarely comes back into their communities to have a positive residual effect. Therefore, the money is never reinvested within their communities. This process has choked Black communities into a state having major economic challenges, increased crime, hopelessness and has prevented the rise of black owned businesses.
Purchase your goods and services at the Kingdom Marketplace and that will allow for the employment of individuals to provide for themselves and their families. It will generate a supply chain where manufactures and distributors have a place to sell their products in bulk. The Kingdom Marketplace can employ store managers, clerks, sales associates, management personnel, accountants and others to manage and run the stores. The Kingdom Marketplace will also have its own real estate sales division with a network of Black realtors throughout the country. If you want to buy or sell a home, contact the Kingdom Marketplace to ensure that the dollars derived from your sale or purchase is benefiting the Black community through a realty network. The same concept will apply if you're in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Contact the Kingdom Marketplace and our automotive division will assist you toward purchasing your vehicle at the best price. Plus, proceeds from each sale will help benefit the Black community.
The Black community must unify their economic base in a way that benefits their communities. That means that a single dollar must travel and compound within Black communities several times for reinvestment. We believe that through Redemption 2019 and the development of the Kingdom Marketplace, we have a credible solution to achieve those goals.
The process to build the physical stores will be one of the largest ongoing construction related campaigns taking place in the United States. It will take thousands of individuals to help build Kingdom Marketplaces throughout the country. The construction related activities will be the newest building construction to take place in the inner cities of America in the country's history. The aggressive construction initiative will target individuals to work in construction from the neighborhoods where the stores will be located. This will produce a dramatic shift eradicating hopelessness, crime and awakening these communities toward realizing their true potential. Furthermore, it will put people to work who desperately yearn and deserve to earn an honest living.
A Nation within a Nation
Black America can no longer rely on government to be a safety net or to solve problems within our communities. As it is within any country, basic needs and especially issues that arise from unforeseen circumstances, require government agencies to assist with the general welfare of its citizens. Federal government agencies are being shredded, resources stripped and essential dollars taken away that generally would assist in government agencies to fund local entities in their efforts to assist individuals and families with their needs. We must do for ourselves and create a Nation within a Nation with Ministries to satisfy the needs of our people. The Ministries will be staffed with experienced professional individuals that have a desire to uplift individuals and communities.
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice is the legal arm of Redemption 2019. Looking at history, most of the gains that Black people have made in our quest for equal justice and equality, came through the courts. Redemption 2019 will have an army of lawyers and legal professionals equipped with the duty to be the vessel to ensure that Blacks receive all of the rights and privileges of a US citizen - nothing less. The efforts to turn back the clock not just to the 1960s and the civil Rights movement, but actions are taking place to go back to the late 1800's - the period before Reconstruction. The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department is gone. Consent decrees which are court ordered agreements between police departments resulting from patters of behavior of unconstitutional policing practices, have been torn up and no longer in effect. This is real. The Ministry of Justice will do its part with legal freedom fighters in a pursuit for total justice and equality.
Ministry of Emergency Services
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has always experienced difficulty in assisting individuals after natural disasters. After all, the United States is a large country and recent disasters have been overwhelming. We also know that the country is experiencing more violent weather on a regular basis. With FEMA experiencing cuts and possibly the dismantling of the agency, aid to affected communities will become even more challenging. The Ministry of Emergency Services will team with churches, non-profit organizations, local governments and others to assist our communities when emergency services are needed. The Ministry will be future minded and prepared to assist with power outages, railroad chemical accidents, unclean water emergencies, relief after hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, floods and other natural and man made disasters. It's great if government is able to assist. However, sometimes government is absent or not up to the task. With a weakened FEMA, additional services and help will be mandatory. We can never forget what happened in New Orleans after Katrina.
Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education will effectively deal with educational issue that more importantly, adversely affect predominately Black schools. With the federal government dismantling the Department of Education, it is essential and imperative that a system be put in place to assist students so that they can receive the highest caliber of education available. This will entail assistance for textbooks, computers and other tools to assist teachers and administrators in their efforts. This will also entail that schools have adequate resources to provide breakfast or lunch to students. Studies have shown that there is a direct link between children that go to school hungry and how that negatively affects their learning. With the federal government cutting funding for children to be fed at school, we must ensure that our children are not going to school hungry. The Ministry of Education will also provide needed services to schools and parents regarding children with mental or physical challenges. All of our children are precious and the Ministry of Education will not neglect one child.
Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture will enact a bold initiative to empower Black farmers to grow crops of essential foods to supply Kingdom Marketplace grocery stores throughout the country. Black farmers are barely holding on and have never received fair and equitable benefits from the U. S. Department of Agriculture. A stimulus plan for Black farmers will entail purchasing farmland, purchasing new age 21st century farming equipment, top notch refrigerated storage facilities, distribution facilities, transportation vehicles and hiring individuals to assist in the supply chain. Through the Ministry of Agriculture, the Kingdom Marketplace grocery stores will be the foundation to where Black America can capture a large portion of our $2 trillion annual purchasing power.
Ministry of Housing
The Ministry of Housing will address increasing the supply of affordable housing and ensuring that fair housing laws against discrimination are acted upon. With the dismantling of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Ministry will work to increase the supply of affordable housing and assist those with their current housing needs. Assistance to ensure homes have heat during cold seasons and air conditioning when necessary will be a major initiative. Assistance with utility bills and home repairs will also be a part of the mission. Complaints of housing discrimination will be forwarded to the Ministry of Justice for legal action. We can no longer depend on HUD to adequately address housing needs or to properly address unfair housing practices.
Ministry of Youth Empowerment
We have a duty to provide a future for our children. Our young people must know and believe that they will have the ability to reach their potential. The Ministry of Youth Empowerment will be a vessel to assist young people to develop skills and fine tune their natural talents.
Ministry of Senior Services
Seniors have sacrificed and paid their dues. The Ministry of Senior Services will be there for them to provide the adequate assistance that seniors need. Whether it be assistance with their transportation, health care, housing or economic needs, The Ministry of Senior Services will provide right guidance. In addition, the Ministry will seek the wisdom and knowledge of our seniors. Many seniors have answers and solutions to the many problems in society. The Ministry will pay seniors as consultants for their knowledge so that they can have an additional source of income. The Ministry will aim to increase the standard of living for seniors and to increase their life expectancy. Native Americans and Blacks have the shortest life expectancy in the U.S. The Ministry will aim to change that reality.
Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance will entail bringing Black owned banks, mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, venture capitalists and others together so that resources can be administered in a manner to best satisfy the needs of the masses of Black people. We will also work with brothers and sisters that work in major banking and financial institutions to assist with financial literacy and other aspects of finance such as credit, dealing with debt, raising capital to start a business etc.
Ministry of Real Estate Revitalization
The urban centers of America have an abundance of vacant land, abandoned residential and commercial buildings. The aim of the Ministry of Real Estate Revitalization is to build new affordable housing and renovate properties throughout the country to revitalize neighborhoods and build safe communities. Job training programs will allow individuals and especially young people to learn a trade to become self-sufficient and possibly one day own their own business. The Ministry has the potential to employ thousands with living wage jobs that will instill dignity.
Ministry of Political Affairs
The role of the Ministry of Political Affairs will be to meet with local state and federal elected officials, school board members and others to ensure that the Black community is aware of any political or school board action that could affect our communities. The Ministry of Political Affairs will also work to benefit individuals who plan to run for office to become an elected official. The Ministry will also work to hold politicians accountable to ensure that the interest of the masses of Black people are at the root of all decision making and policies.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry will work to build stronger alliances with our brothers and sisters in the Caribbean, Haiti, South America, Africa , Australia, France, Great Britain and throughout the World. The Black population is the largest of all demographic groups in the world at over 25% of the total population. Over 5 million black people live in the country of Columbia. Close to 5 million live in France and the United Kingdom. Over 1 million live in Canada, Italy and Spain. We are all family and descendants of the original man and woman of the earth. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will engage in trade, commerce and health initiatives with countries throughout the world.
Ministry of Health and Mental Services
It was the late Dr. Francis Cress Welsing that emphasized that Black people in America suffer naturally from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) by living under a system of racism white supremacy. The Ministry of Health and Mental Services will aim to provide solutions in dealing with the mental health of individuals that ultimately will help themselves, their families and communities. The health needs of Black people in many instances are different from other communities. Certain diseases and health challenges negatively impact Black Americans which shortens their life expectancy. The Ministry will work to find solutions to lengthen the life expectancy among Black people.
Ministry of Arts, Crafts and Sports
The Ministry of Arts, Crafts and Sports will provide support to those of all ages interested in or involved in developing their skills in art, music and sports. Our young people need enhanced facilities, equipment, trainers and coaches to reach their potential. Assistance with tutoring and home schooling is also a need for those that want to pursue their career full time while also obtaining a quality education. The Ministry of Arts, Crafts and Sports will provide resources to assist parents in their decision making for their children. The Ministry will also assist athletes, entertainers and musicians when their playing days are over in a sense yet desire to make a difference within our communities. Their expertise, knowledge, ability to perform at a high level makes them a valuable asset to provide confidence and inspiration to young people. Our young people need a foundation built upon knowing how to compete in order to win and overcome in a society where the deck is stacked against them.
